Does applicable law allow your school to follow the EUDEC definition of democratic education? Court dissension waiting The inspection has different interpretation of the law than the parents sending there children to the school.
Do students have free choice of whether or not to participate in scholastic and other activities? yes there are no scholastic activities unless they are initiated by the students.
Can students easily initiate and suggest scholastic and other activities? yes On their own or with help from a staff member.
Can students offer, lead and run scholastic and other activities? Yes If other student want to join there activities. They can offer and lead when and what ever they want.
Can students ‘vote’ on the school’s rules? Yes The members of the Schoolmeeting decide on the rules. All students and hired staff that are not suspended are voting members.
Can students ‘vote’ on the consequences of breaking rules? Yes The consequeses of the rules are proposed in the Judicial comitie and have to be approved by the Schoolmeeting, where a consequese can be apealed.
Can students ‘vote’ on the use of spaces? Yes They can motion that in a Schoolmeeting.
Are there any compulsory activities for students? Yes Calculating the time they are on campus and to form a majority in the Judicial Comity all the other activities like the cleaning tasks and recording the time they leave and enter the campus are also for staff.

Who decides who is in which decision making body? The general meeting is made up off all school meeting members and parents. The school meeting decides on its own members on the coordinators and the comity's. The groups decide themselves.
What is the parents’ role in school life? They are guests of the school meeting members that want to have them as guest.
What is the parents’ role in decision making? They can decide as a member of the general meeting to approve the budget and the open campus rules that say under what conditions students can leave the school.
Who is financially and legally responsible for your school? The Chair Secretary and Treasurer.
